The Stone Lake Condominium Association is located in East Lansing. Along with our beautiful lake, unique buildings, well-manicured yards, and excellent location, this web site is designed to make Stone Lake an even better place to live and enjoy. We hope you will find this site and its information convenient, along with keeping you informed and more involved in the Association's day-to-day operations.
The Members Area provides co-owners with access to Association documents including the Master Deed, By-laws, Rules, Responsibility Grid, Budgets, Co-Owner Directory, Board of Directors Meeting Agendas & Minutes, newsletters, etc. This site is accessible with a designated password and is intended for the sole use of the Association's co-owners.
The home page includes an Events Calendar with dates of relevant meeting or community events.
The Message Board will highlight any items of interest to co-owners related to Association documents, activities, changes to rules, contact information, etc.

1. MONTHLY DUES CHANGE
Stone Lake Condominium Association monthly dues have increased to $310 per month effective January 1, 2019.
2. BOARD MEETINGS 2019
2019 Board Meetings are scheduled for February 28th, March 28th and April 25th. The meetings will be held at Cummings Property Management, 1401 East Lansing Dr., Suite 103, East Lansing, MI 48823. The SLCA Annual Meeting is scheduled for May 16th with the location to be determined.
